My creative team was tasked with developing a 25-minute interactive presentation for the BritVic Data & Analytics Summit to highlight the partnership between SAP and BritVic. The presentation featured an augmented reality (AR) customer journey map, showcasing how BritVic leverages SAP’s Data & Analytics Cloud. To reinforce key insights, a quiz was integrated, encouraging active participation. Employees took part in live sessions, with rewards for top performers.
Challenge
The main challenge was delivering a compelling and interactive experience within a very tight two-week deadline. We had to ensure the augmented reality (AR) journey was visually engaging, easy to navigate, and informative for employees with varying levels of technical expertise. Additionally, we needed to balance interactivity with simplicity, making sure the experience was not only immersive but also accessible and intuitive. Designing a quiz that effectively tested participants' understanding while keeping them engaged, as well as coordinating multiple live sessions, added another layer of complexity to the project.
Solutions
To deliver an engaging and seamless experience, I developed the AR journey using a combination of custom vector graphics and interactive elements, ensuring that the content was both informative and user-friendly. The AR interface allowed employees to navigate through BritVic’s dashboards built on SAP’s Data & Analytics Cloud, making complex data more accessible and engaging. The quiz, designed with an intuitive interface, reinforced key points from the AR journey, encouraging active participation. I also created custom graphics for the picnic basket rewards, which tied into SAP’s partner ecosystem and incentivized participation. The solution not only showcased SAP’s capabilities but also created an immersive and memorable experience for employees.
